What Oseya is

Oseya is a communication tool that helps couples understand each other after an argument. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care or a crisis service, and it does not diagnose or treat anything.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older. By using Oseya you confirm that you are.
• Oseya is not suitable for relationships involving violence, threats, fear or control. If our safety check suggests this, we will stop the session and show support resources instead.

Acceptable use

• Use Oseya only about your own relationship, with a partner who has chosen to take part.
• Do not use it to harass, threaten, monitor or control anyone, or to obtain another person's private information.
• Do not try to access another user's data, interfere with the service, or misuse the AI features.

AI-generated content

Messages, common ground, talk plans and suggestions are generated by AI. They may be imperfect. You review and approve your own message before it is shared, and you are responsible for what you choose to share.

Subscriptions

• Some features need a paid subscription. One subscription covers both partners in a couple space.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your store account settings. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Crisis resources are always free.

Your content

You own what you write. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending use

You can stop using Oseya, unpair from your partner, or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

Oseya is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make in your relationship, or for indirect or consequential losses. [TODO: jurisdiction-specific wording after legal review]
